In CELPIP Speaking or Writing, use 'procedure' to describe a process clearly, such as in Task 1 (giving advice) or Writing Task 2 (expressing opinions). For example, when explaining how to apply for a permit or solve a workplace issue, say, 'The first procedure is to...' or 'Following the correct procedure ensures...' This shows your ability to organize ideas logically.
