This is one of the strongest agreement phrases you'll hear in Listening Part 1, so it usually confirms a final, shared decision between the two speakers. Because it's more emphatic than 'I agree,' it can help you distinguish mild agreement from total consensus. Listen for it near the end of the conversation, where the problem is being resolved.
